The adidas Men's Adizero Pro Runnung shoe is the perfect shoe for my running form style, the Pose Method. The running flat provides excellent cushion and protection for the ball of the foot without the weight and bulk on the heel. I highly recommend this shoe for the runner using the Pose Method.
