I am a "big" runner 6'4 205 and I think this shoe is great for up tempo workouts and races for bigger runners or those who are mild to moderate overpronators. You feel like the fulcrum technology really propels you forward. I wore them in the Peachtree 10K in Atlanta this past weekend and ran 41:35 -- almost two minutes faster than last year. I would highly recommend them as a race shoe/tempo shoe for bigger runners or those with mild to moderate overpronation.
